South Jakarta PMI Opens Health Services for Visitors at Ragunan Zoo

The South Jakarta Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) deployed 16 personnel consisting of medical workers and volunteers to assist with health services provided at Ragunan Zoo (TMR).

We are collaborating with TMR management to provide health services for visitors in need

South Jakarta PMI Head Abdul Haris mentioned that apart from medical workers and volunteers, his side also prepared two emergency ambulances and four units of fast-response ambulance motorbikes.

"We are collaborating with TMR management to provide health services for visitors in need," he stated, Tuesday (5/3).

Tens of Thousands of People Outside Jakarta Flock to Ragunan Zoo

In this health service, PMI personnel provided first aid services, blood type checks, and temporary blood sugar checks for TMR visitors aged over 55 years.

"Health service operates every day until May 16, from 8 AM to 5 PM," he said.
